Hmmm...What to Do?!?

OK, so I have a little problem. Except that maybe it's not a little problem. My doctor certainly wasn't worried about it, so maybe the part where it freaks me out is really just me over-reacting.

I know, I know. Those of you that know me are thinking to yourself, "What do you mean freak out? Where is our level-headed friend Sandy? She NEVER freaks out!"

Now that you're all finished laughing your ass off, I'll continue with details about my problem. So I mentioned yesterday that I've started experiencing swelling this past week. At first I really thought it was just when I get hot, but over the last few days I've noticed that it happens every day. Every. Single. Day. And it's starting earlier and earlier during the day.

Which makes it all that more important that I got home right after lunch and put my feet up. Right? Right. And that does help the situation, but my feet are starting to swell no matter what I do. Or rather I should say that my RIGHT foot is starting to swell no matter what I do.

Did you catch that? Yeah, that's no typo. It's mainly just my right foot. I mean, there's some swelling in my left foot, but it's mainly just my right foot. My left foot is a little bit bigger than normal, but my right foot is LOTS bigger than normal. Like at least twice the size, if not bigger around the ankle. To the point where it hurts for me to bend my toes sometimes.

Yeah.

So, here's where I need your help. Have you ever heard of this happening? Or do you know of anyone that this has happened to? Where just one side of your body swells during pregnancy? My only guess is that it has to do with him favoring the right side of my belly - but that's just a guess.

I'd love to hear from you if you've got any thoughts about this! Thanks!

((Hugs)) I wish I could shed some insight but I've never heard of that before. I know it's really hard but if the Doctor isn't worried about it, then I'd try not to worry about either. I know, I know, MUCH easier said than done!
